Our People

Sovereignty places great emphasis on community development and local activism. There are lots of great opportunities for members to get involved, including standing for election as a Sovereignty candidate; branch development; joining a policy development council, or serving on the NEC.

In the 2022 Local Council Elections, Sovereignty is standing candidates in several council areas. Information on our candidates and their campaigns will follow shortly.

Policy Development

If you are interested in being involved in a policy development working group, please contact us on the info@sovereignty.scot, FAO Head of Policy.

Local Branches

Currently, Sovereignty has active branches in four Scottish council areas: Aberdeenshire, Dundee, Glasgow and South Lanarkshire. We are also in the process of starting a branch for members in more distant locations.

If you would like to take a more active role in your local branch, or join with others in starting a new one, please write to info@sovereignty.scot, FAO the National Organiser.
