Kirkcaldy East Council
Walter is 56 and married to Mo with one son, Colin.
He has lived in Kirkcaldy East for over thirty years.
Walter graduated in photography in 1996 and taught photography classes at Fife College.
Walter left Fife College to work full time as a freelance photographer for National press, mainly Scotland on Sunday and The Scotsman.
In 2008 he became the staff photographer for the Fife Free Press, a job he loved as it enabled him to travel around Fife every week.
Walter is currently working as a freelance photographer.
