How is Scotland ten years on from the independence referendum?
Scotland is in a voluntary union that we cannot get out of. Alex Salmond signed the Edinburgh Agreement trapping Scotland in the UK. We cannot win independence through the courts, the Supreme Court sided with the UK government, no surprise there.
We have a compliant SNP whose founding purpose was independence, but after several massive majorities in Scotland they did diddly squat. The SNP have gone native in Edinburgh and in London. When we needed William Wallace, we got John Balliol!
Alex Salmond sold the jersies, the SNP stepped back from claiming what they were there for.
There is only one way forward, count all the votes for independence supporting parties, and with a majority across Scotland declare UDI (Unilateral Declaration of Independence)!
Job done.
The UK government is on record as supporting the rights of peoples/countries all over the world declaring UDI.
It is up to voters in Scotland to vote for independence, and it is up to independence supporting political parties to carry out the instructions from the voters.
Get the job done!
